Cancellation Policy

Hotel requires a minimum 48 hours cancellation notice prior to arrival to avoid penalty.

Pets

While we are a pet-friendly property, it is upon request only as we only allocate a limited number of rooms.

PET MUST BE FULLY VACCINATED - WE DO NOT ACCEPT PUPS

Whilst we are pet friendly, we only accept pets upon request and have limited pet-friendly rooms. We have outlined our pet policy which must be accepted prior to arrival otherwise, we can not guarantee a pet-friendly room. Our rooms have a 2 dog maximum and we do not accept pups. Our family bunk room is not pet friendly.

Pets are not to be left alone in the room or in a vehicle on the property at any time.

• Pets are only allowed on request, which is to be made directly with the motel. The pet must be toilet trained. The registered guest must provide a valid credit card upon check-in.
• Under no circumstances are you to leave the pet inside of the room or on the grounds of the motel unattended at any time.
• Dogs must be on a lead whilst outside the room
• The guest is to provide their own separate bedding for the pet e.g. pet bed/crate and will ensure that the pet/s are kept off the existing motel bedding and furniture. The registered guest must accept full responsibility for any damage caused by the pet either inside of the room or on the grounds of the property.
• The registered guest must accept full responsibility for any excess cleaning caused by the pet.
• The registered guest must accept full responsibility for any disturbance caused to other guests by your pet.
• The registered guest must accept our judgment as final in assessing the extent and cost of any damage, disturbance and/or excess cleaning as mentioned above.
• You agree to accept the additional pet accommodation cost of $30.00 per pet per night.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.

Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed.

• Breakfast fee: between AUD 8 and AUD 15 per person (approximately)
